Lost / Damaged / Delayed Baggage

• For any query/complaint related to lost/damaged/delayed baggage, you can contact the customer support team.
• For delayed baggage, you can contact the baggage service office within 4 hours of arrival.
• If your baggage is lost/damaged, you have to report it to the closest Oman Air office within 21 days, you can also complete this Baggage Claim Form .
