Open the Foodpanda App and log in to your account.
Click on the Profile / Account section.
Go to Help Center or Support.
Select your recent order or choose the issue category.
Click on Chat with Support to connect with Foodpanda customer care.
Explain your issue regarding order, cancellation, refund, or delivery.
Cancellation And Refund
For any query related to cancellation and refund, you can contact customer support through in app chat feature.
You can cancel your order if vendor hasn't accepted it yet through in app customer support chat.
Refund are processed within 3-5 business days into foodpanda refund balance account or you can also choose to get refunded through original payment method.
