For Lost/Stolen Card
- In case of lost/stolen card kindly follow the procedure given below:
- Contact your home branch or call at 16216 (24/7, Call Center) or mail at cards@dutchbanglabank.com to block the card immediately.
- Submit a card replacement request to the home branch for a new card .
- You will get the replacement card within shortest possible time .
